Just to make sure this additional word gets to people.
Unfortunately, it is what it is for our Kansas family. But the roots do go deep.
Love, UR, Dad

Dear Cousins, and family.
I may be repeating what you have already heard.
Aunt Naomi had a major stroke yesterday morning.
She was taken by EMT's to hospital. It is was an aneurism type stroke.
She has not been awake or responsive since, and they do not expect her to do so.
Hospice has been called in. Presbyterian Manor has no room for her on the health
side, so she is at home, with hospice and family care. The prognosis is that she can
remain in this state for 1 to 3 days. But can last not much longer.
Cheryl and most of the girls are there. Jim and mom stopped by last night,
and some of you have been in to see them.
Thanks for thinking of them and Mom.
Love you all, Joyce
